About The Oceanic Inn
The Oceanic Inn is owned and operated by Armand Vachon of Old Orchard Beach, Maine and has been in business for four decades. Most of our rooms have been recently updated with brand new beds, air conditioning, kitchenettes and more. The Oceanic Inn is located in the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach approximately 40 yards to the beach with no streets to cross! In addition, Armand speaks fluent French for the benefit of our visitors from Canada and France.

About One Soho Square
One Soho Square was built by Armand Vachon. It is influenced by his previous boss, Paul McCartney and the time Armand spent living in London and working as a roadie for Wings for several years in the 1970s, Armand travelled extensively throughout the U.K. and other continents. He decided to bring a piece of Europe back home to Southern Maine. Come see for yourself how unique and attractive this pub is! From the Agutti on Mount Serratt, onto the Golden Lion at Fullum Broadway then to Gibraltar and Northern Africa, a quick stop in Casablanca and then all the way back to One Soho Square. The camels in Cairo were cool; however they never acquired a taste for a warm pint of Guiness!
